Over more than 75 stands with exhibitors, signing strip drawer, auction, opportunity publications, workshops and a lot more! 10th celebration East Dutch Picture Strip Festivity
Our Strip Festivity exists 10 years in 2007 and we want to celebrate that. We therefore have chosen for a new location: the IJsselhallen in Zwolle. This location gives us the space to celebrate majestic. There are enough parking places and the hall gives lots of space for the exhibitors and other strip related activities. Artists
Lots of national and international drawers out of the strip world will hold autograph sessions. Several drawers did already promise their co-operation, such as Romano and Jorg (Storm), Martin Lodewijk (Agent 327), Jean Marc van Tol (Fokke en Sukke), Elke de Blauw en Tjarko Evenboer (Evert Kwok), Toon van Driel (Stamgasten), Hans van Oudenaarden (Bob Evers) and a lot more.

Opportunity publications
During the festivity several special editions will be brought out, such as following albums: o The luxury album of Suske en Wiske, “De primitieve paljassen”. This story never came out in album before!

• Special luxury opportunity publication of the strip Storm with the stories “De doder van Eriban” (with the 2 missing pictures as published in Eppo) and “De honden van Marduk” of Don Lawrence.

• The latest edition of Bob Evers: “3 jongens op een onbewoond eiland”, with a special picture made for the festival.

• Luxury edition of de Stamgasten, “Freeze” of Toon van Driel.

Auction
The strip auction, which will be held on the platform in the middle of the hall, contains this time also some particular items. We do not ask for agio, so seize the opportunity! Strip bag
The first 500 visitors will get a strip bag for free. The bag will be filled richly from several sponsors, publishers and shopkeeper! It contains among other things a strip album and several particular gadgets. So, be there quick.

Workshop
By the Dutch strip museum a special workshop will be organised in strip drawing. It contains questions like: how do you start a drawing and which materials can you use best? How can you think of and create a real strip figure? Special attention is paid to emotions, expression of the face and attitude of the strip figure.

Children
There is a special program for little children. In the children corner they can colour, draw or see a carton. Also there is a possibility to make-up.
